Please note I am not currently taking new team or career focused clients. I help teams, leaders and individuals in the creative industry approach work with more clarity, intention and ease. Drawing on deep creative industry and leadership experience, I provide a blend of tactical advice, consulting, feedback, and coaching to help clients balance creativity, engagement, efficiency and scale through practical operating models and leadership skills.

You are probably being asked to do more with less and know there is room for improvement, but everyone is too spread thin to lead the charge.   • Who you are: You work in a creative industry and want to tackle a specific work challenge, discover your ideal career path, create a clear career narrative, develop or sharpen leadership skills, strategize improvements for your team, prepare for an interview or important meeting/conversation, or make a proactive change. You may feel like your career is happening TO you and want to regain a sense of agency. You are between jobs, in-house, or freelance in junior to senior level positions. While I advise many roles in the creative industry, I specialize in working with team leaders and aspiring people managers on leadership strategy.

    What we’ll do:

    We’ll start by identifying your anticipated goals. Then in a supportive, confidential space, each session starts with a check-in on your goals which launches us in any number of directions. I provide a blend of tactical advice/feedback with coaching/guidance. You will have homework to propel your progress. I send detailed notes after each session.

    Scheduling:

    Sessions are 45-minutes over Zoom or phone (your choice) and typically every 1 to 3 weeks. We’ll schedule as we go for ultimate flexibility. You are welcome to email me between sessions.

    Packages:

    Single session for interview/meeting prep and resume/LI review: $250
    4 sessions: $800
    10 sessions: $1750
    20 sessions: $3000
