I work with Creative Professionals who want to approach their careers with more intention, are looking for their next role, sharpening leadership skills, or want support during this difficult time in the industry. Drawing on my creative industry leadership experience, I provide a blend of tactical advice/feedback with coaching/guidance so you find lasting solutions.

Who you are:

You work in a creative industry and want to tackle a specific work challenge, discover your ideal career path, create a clear career narrative, develop or sharpen leadership skills, strategize improvements for your team, prepare for an interview or important meeting/conversation, or make a proactive change. You may feel like your career is happening TO you and want to regain a sense of agency. You are between jobs, in-house, or freelance in junior to senior level positions. While I advise many roles in the creative industry, I specialize in working with team leaders and aspiring people managers on leadership strategy.

What we’ll do:

We’ll start by identifying your anticipated goals. Then in a supportive, confidential space, each session starts with a check-in on your goals which launches us in any number of directions. I provide a blend of tactical advice/feedback with coaching/guidance. You will have homework to propel your progress.

Scheduling:

Sessions are 45-minutes over Zoom or phone (your choice) and typically every 1 to 3 weeks. We’ll schedule as we go for ultimate flexibility. You are welcome to email me between sessions.

Packages:

4 sessions: $800
10 sessions: $1750
20 sessions: $3000

Special Job Interview Prep Package

Includes:

  • Review of your resume and LinkedIn profile;

  • Review of the job listing and company you’re applying to (if applicable)

  • 45-minute zoom call to strategize your interview approach, rehearse questions, and where I take detailed notes so you can be in the flow;

  • Thorough notes/outline sent after that can be your guide during your interview;

  • Email support as you go through the interview process.

This package can be modified to:

  • Resume/LinkedIn profile strategy (if you’re not at the interview stage);

  • Preparing for any important meeting, presentation or conversation.
