Join me and other senior creative leaders on November 13th for the Creative Operations Los Angeles Summit. With speakers from NASA, Publicis, Fox Entertainment, Nordstrom, Google, Coinbase, and many more, this one-day summit explores how to balance speed, scale, and AI with the need to protect creativity.
I’ll be moderating the panel Between Metrics and Magic: How Creative Teams Thrive Between Process and Possibility where we’ll explore:
How to protect creative integrity in a world driven by metrics and machine learning
What an empowered creative team looks like when frameworks and freedom coexist
How technology can enable more human-centric creative processes rather than replace them

Letter Writing & Card Design Workshop
Explore the art of letter writing and card design—with plenty of time and supplies to write and make your own!
When was the last time you wrote or received a letter? Not an email or a text, but an analog letter with a stamp? In this creativity workshop, we’ll explore the art of letter writing and what makes letters so special. We’ll share examples of a variety of letters to get your creative juices flowing and provide plenty of time and supplies for you to write and design your own.
You may want to write a letter to someone you appreciate, an old friend, your future or past self, your inner critic, a politician you support or loathe, an ex, the one that got away, maybe even bring back chain mail, or so many more. Bring your favorite letters to share if you're inspired too, whether old camp letters, love letters, middle school notes, postcards from around the world, or any letter that simply meant so much you kept it.
In addition to taking the time to express yourself in meaningful, intentional and sometimes vulnerable ways, letter writing and design is also a wonderful and accessible tool to help anyone unlock creativity. Join us and see what you end up creating!
